At St Leonards Motors (SLM) we are looking to recruit a highly motivated Customer Contact Team Leader based within our Hastings Toyota Dealership. We are a well-established, successful family business, representing some of the world’s leading motoring brands with Vauxhall, Toyota, Nissan and Fiat.
This varied and exciting position is a customer service focused role and requires an individual with excellent communication skills, an ability to work well under pressure and the willingness to be flexible regarding working hours. You must be able to follow process and give instruction carefully, be able to coach and lead a growing number of people to create a highly motivated team environment. Previous experience in telephone communications in the work environment is essential alongside proficient IT literacy.
The successful applicant will receive continuous support and coaching with a focus on improvement and business growth within the SLM Group. Based in a modern dealership with a newly constructed office, you will enjoy a comfortable working environment with like-minded individuals and supportive senior management.
Package offered will depend on qualifications and experience, plus we are offering a competitive salary.
