At St Leonards Motors (SLM), we are looking to recruit highly motivated team members for our growing Customer Contact Centre based within our Hastings Toyota site. We are a well-established and successful family owned business, representing some of the world’s leading motoring brands in Vauxhall, Toyota and Nissan.
This varied and exciting position is a Customer Service focused role and requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a flexible positive attitude and an ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to follow process and instruction carefully, working in a busy team environment. This position is focused on inbound and outbound telephone call handling, so previous experience in telephone communications in the work environment is essential alongside proficient IT literacy.
The successful applicant will receive continuous support and coaching with a focus on improvement and growth within the business. Fixed and flexible working hours are available, with highly competitive rates of pay for the right person.
