I am delighted to tell you that for the category of Adult Occupant Protection QASHQAI was not only awarded the maximum 5 stars, but also achieved the highest ever result in Euro NCAP's 10 year history (36.83 out of a maximum 37), achieving maximum points in the strict side impact, pole and seat belt tests. Prior to QASHQAI no car had received a full rounded 37/37 points in the occupant protection rating.
In addition, QASHQAI also recorded a high performance 4 star rating for Child Occupant Protection. These truly outstanding results mean that, in its class, there is no safer car to be in than a QASHQAI.
QASHQAI also received a 2 star rating in Pedestrian Protection, which is highly competitive with most vehicles tested by Euro NCAP. This fantastic result is yet another reason to believe that the QASHQAI is truly URBAN PROOF, taking on the urban environment whilst ensuring you and others are safe.
