Josh was lovely from start to finish. Interacted well and made the buying experience fantastic. Small miscommunication regarding payment options but he apologised and all went smoothly after that. From having the part ordered and communication back and forth, to the part being delivered promptly, to arriving and handing over my keys I received friendly, polite customer service, across the board. I waited in a comfortable waiting area, everyone was friendly and what I didn't expect was they washed my car also! I was kept informed when my car would be ready and then my car was brought round to me and key handed over. NOTHING was too much for them. This visit to SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells was exceptionally pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
